Every MoroccoWoven rug is handmade to order in Morocco. Please allow approximately 20–40 days from order to delivery, including handmade production and shipping.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and any applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout based on your delivery destination. The shipping amount displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation is the amount that applies to your order.

Tracking

Once your rug is dispatched, tracking information is provided when available so you can follow the shipment.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at makachraa@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Depending on your destination, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply unless your checkout or order confirmation specifically states that they are included. Any charges imposed by local authorities or carriers are governed by the rules of the destination country.

Delays

Delivery estimates are given in good faith, but carrier, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays. If there is a significant delay or delivery problem, contact us so we can review the shipment with you.
