These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the MoroccoWoven online store.

Throughout these Terms, “MoroccoWoven”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

We make reasonable efforts to describe our rugs accurately.

Product information may include:

  • colors;

  • patterns;

  • pile options;

  • tassel options;

  • materials;

  • photographs;

  • handmade characteristics.

Because our rugs are handmade, reasonable natural variations may occur.

4. Colors and Handmade Variation

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen, device and lighting.

Handmade production can also create natural variation in weave, texture, edges and motifs.

However, the product supplied must still materially correspond to what was ordered and agreed.

5. Prices

The applicable product price is the price displayed and accepted during checkout.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout.

Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected where permitted by law.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product.

The order becomes confirmed when Shopify or MoroccoWoven provides confirmation that the order has been accepted.

We may contact you if additional information is needed to prepare the order.

7. Made-to-Order Rugs

Many MoroccoWoven rugs are handmade after the order is placed.

Estimated total time from order to delivery is approximately 20–40 days.

This estimate may vary depending on production and shipping circumstances.

8. Custom Orders

Customers may request custom:

  • dimensions;

  • colors;

  • design changes;

  • motifs;

  • specifications.

A custom order is not confirmed until the relevant details and price have been agreed.

Clearly personalized or made-to-specification products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where allowed by law.

This does not affect rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

9. Product Options

Where available, customers may select options such as:

  • Size;

  • Low Pile;

  • Medium Pile;

  • Plush Pile;

  • Tassels YES / NO.

Customers should review their selected configuration before checkout.

10. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods available in Shopify checkout.

You must provide complete and accurate billing and payment information.

We will never ask customers to send payment-card details directly by email.

11. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellation rights and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger protection, that law applies.

13. Video Approval

Customers may request an optional video call before dispatch to view the completed rug.

Video approval does not waive statutory rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the MoroccoWoven name, original website text, branding, graphics and other proprietary store content belong to or are licensed to MoroccoWoven.

You may not commercially reproduce or redistribute protected content without permission, except where allowed by law.

15. Third-Party Services

The store may use third-party services including:

  • Shopify;

  • payment providers;

  • shipping carriers;

  • technology providers.

These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Website Errors and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and operational.
