How it works

1. Send us your brief, room dimensions or reference images.
2. We review the request and confirm the available options and price.
3. After your order is confirmed, your rug is made by hand in Morocco.
4. Before dispatch, you can request a video call to view the finished rug and give your final visual approval.

Please allow approximately 20–40 days from order to delivery, including handmade production and shipping.
